Since 2008, daily briefings and debriefings have been a norm at the studio, reminiscent of the founder's aviation career routine. After morning Masala Chai sessions, goals and plans are discussed, granting creative freedom with occasional guidance. Recognizing the importance of letting minds wander, today's focus was on a new pattern blending geometry. The impromptu addition of solid Vermillion brought joy, and the final design left everyone with a sense of ownership and accomplishment.
