Anam Husain’s collection reimagines Rajasthan’s Kathputlis to explore patriarchy through caged silhouettes, puppet-like geometry, and grainy, eroded textures. Crafted from 1000 kg of repurposed denim and discarded furnishings, it becomes a quiet study of decay, memory, and reinvention.
Puppeteer's Jacket feature over‑exaggerated shoulders that portray power, control and strength. Panels of bold denim are color blocked to enhance the silhouette. The sleeves are edged with boning to hold a rigid, definitive shape.
